Question:
Which is better, running iterations of the process in a scale demo plant to get the spec right for your 100% customer in parallel with other activities (BFS, finance etc.);
OR
Trying to get the process right at the end of the build process (your ability to do so being a big question mark all the way through) when you're desperately trying to get to market and sell 80% on market, perhaps competing with other new producers?

If doing it now means short sighted and opportunistic people punish our SP now - then so be it. I'd much prefer that than having the SP under assault at the pointy end of this game....
