A debt > equity conversion. My gut says that this releases obligation to pay % on loan back to FIIG and converts that into either money to be retained for growth or payment of divs to shareholders. Given that the underlying fundamentals of the business are reasonable (although its still early days on the recovery) then this looks good for shareholders.
