Yup, the Minderoo and/or MC are not in rush to exit, they place a sizeable chunk on sell side, let the punter/speculator/enthusiast to chew on, once the parcel gets sufficiently chewed, add another sizeable chunk.
Interesting to see, how long this goes on and whether this frustrates the new investors and spp takers, and start to dump on market.
