After driving thru Port Pirie to get to Nolans I can categorically say it is 6 of one and half dozen of the other in relation to transport... however... there are benefits to SA...
- SA is used of playing with uranium...
- Phosacid heads East and West...
- Much of the infrastructure is in SA already...
- SA costs cheaper than NT...
Shipping 10-20kt out of SA is not a huge cost.
That said, Arafura is an NT company and its interests in the immediate term are served by serving NT Govt.
