The very foundation of Science is to examine and question. Not always perfectly practiced by fallible human beings, but that is why we know about the errors and fraud, etc, somebody did question the results, as they should.

Evolution is well established. The evidence is abundant. The workings of evolution are under constant revue. A researcher could win a Nobel Prize for falsifying evolution.....yet it has stood for a hundred and fifty years.
