MMX board have painted themselves into corner with comments regarding case havin no substance or foundation.
They should have stated that they would undertake full review and not effectively taken an all or nothing stand.
My understanding of remedies available to court is that it can reward entity that had its assets used to acquire the iron assets but also punish the entities who carried out wrong doing. (Nicu now MMX included)
MMX played the man rather than focusing on the ball. (refer to executive chairmans address at AGM)
MMX now must prepare defence with Grimaldi Barnes etc and front up and explain what they all got up to.
