The above link is to a breakfast podcast with Jenny Hill from 25 May 2018. From 7 mins on the Townsville battery factory is discussed. Jenny says, “... it will be good for our community and I believe we’ll be able to deliver it”.
She does mention that another MoU will be signed by herself and the Premier. She was about to mention another signatory, but was rudely cut off. Difficult to determine what the conditions of such a MoU would be at this stage.
The play is so obvious, with Jenny referring to this as the ‘big one’. NAIF funding incoming!
