I don't know what you mean by "The business model is not working at this moment in time".
Do they need to change the model?
Or do they need to wait for efficiencies of scale?
My bet is the second. They're very close to a madain profit. Efficiencies of scale is all they need, everything is trending in the right direction, thus there is nothing wrong with the model. Just because their not profitable yet, that doesn't mean the model is wrong.
