yep, I agree with that t4p.
Yesterday 57 shares in PLV were set at $1.81 (buyer at $1.80, seller at $1.90). Every few minutes the 57 shares were raised 1 cent until they matched at $1.90... up 5% odd on the day...
Why this happened? No bloody idea.
