the thing is also, hat Immigration puts additional pressure in the housing market.
Over the past years, the govement should have never left the housingmarket in the free capital market.
There was no other choice than individual borrow money ( huge demand for credit )and inflation alert, which was not early enough recognised at all, when ever also never thought about it.
Its a shame in so good economy times peoples left with huge debts and a whole generation is suddenly screwed.
