Are you sure when reading that propsectus that all of it was paid from that prospectus or did this provide the final 500k with $1 million from elsewhere already provided ?
There seems to be in these and MMX posts the same theme as the chairmans address of MMX which is playing the man which usually results in missing the ball.
No matter what is said about the CHM board and its consultants. What it will come down is the truth about how Grimaldi, Barnes and Roberts constructed the deal and how well AH constructs the case to prove SOC.
Throw all the mud you like but careful you do not end up tarring MMX with the same brush. They both came out of the same camp.
