Some after meeting comments I picked up:
I asked Cath, whether Far would negotiate with WPL, if the PE was resolved in our favour.
The answer was yes, they would negotiate with any party interested.
So WPL will need to empty their deep pockets and hope they are deep enough IMO, if it goes our way.
Reg mentioned, that WPL becoming operator by the end of June was no problem for FAR, even if we win PE rights later on. It is not uncommon, to have an independent operator at work, commissioned by the joint venture participant (sort of subcontracting as I understand it).
After resetting of the PE clock in the event Far wins, I imagine WPL will no longer be operator though.
Perhaps Riskup can add more to this as well.
