If you ring them up, like a telephone call then it would be 0.35%, which would equal $595

Thats a $400 difference, talk about price gouging, everyone winges about 10c/l at the pump but no not in this industry its an extra $400 thanks if anyone picks up the phone, it would only take some phone attendant one minute if they were slow, how do they get away with and justify that kind of behaviour? I hope the Royal commission into the Banks has a little Lookie at this.

sure as Sh#t it aint $20 to trade $170,000 worth of stock. I guess that's the point these boys were making. And they called you out as someone who has absolutely no idea.
