Not sure I agree- how are you determining that the current market cap is undervalued, at value or overvalued? I haven't seen any details regarding the agreement so haven't been able to make any calculations.
I "hope" it's undervalued but we have nothing to go by at this stage... unless you have some figures you'd like to share?
