Buddy, personally I think AGM is a good little company and that is the reason ZFX is going for it. ZFX have a stated intention to diversify their resource base, AGM have a good deposit. They also have a synergistic proximity which adds to the attraction and made them the first target in ZFX new expansion round - if it wasn't in Tassie then maybe others would have been targeted first.

The reality is that this is the common destination for most small mining companies with decent ground ie to be absorbed into larger groups. This generally suits both directors as a straight forward exit plan and the big guys. With the second largest shareholder gone now it looks like done with some uncertainty about final price.
