My Take:
One would have to assume Wood or one of the other Directors up for removal are the key to this cornerstone investor.....
One knows that the 249D was issued on 11 May 2018....
Why did this cornerstone investor not make this decision back then .... pfft ! "in good faith" they carried on the negotiations but then eventually cited the 249D as the reason they are not proceeding ? IMO Smells
