People are not slaves anymore. Just because a person is presented as an option to replace the existing board members, doesn't mean they have to accept the job.
Even if the 9.5% don't withdraw, the suggested replacements could walk away on their own terms.
If I was one of the replacements, I would seriously reconsider my options stepping into a position where I would have an uphill battle to gain the trust of the shareholders before 90.5% of the holders bring a 249D against me.
