That's what I mean ... the 'cornerstone investor' knew about the 249D on 11th May 2018 ... they let KFE continue negotiations in 'good faith' ... let KFE go through the trouble and expense of a Trading Halt (I believe it costs money for each ASX submission?) etc etc ... only to end up citing the 249D action as their reason for not proceeding with the CR ??? It doesn't gel with me anyway - just my 2 cents worth !! hehe
