Those with the disposable income to pay a premium for Australian made or socially/environmental responsible are one segment of the market. And it's the segment that generally will pay the extra for fresh prawns.
Obviously, I haven't done any market research with this. But I'd expect that the people buying packaged frozen seafood are doing so for budget reasons and are subsequently the demographic that do always want cheap goods.
