Exactly, and any piece meal announcement will become a dozen negative news articles in the various media.

What will come from this restructure...who knows.

BUT if they can come up with a plan fwd clarifying which area's they will be focusing on into the future, have sold down assets in other area's no longer strategic for MFS, clear significant amount of debt and state a positive cash position allowing for the new plan to be implemented....THEN the market may consider them to be a viable option. A new and respected figure head and a new name would be icing on the cake.

If it does, then upon relisting the bloodshed could be minimalised, and the road to recovery could begin.

As far as all the speculation on HC, obviously many many bored people out there, particularly those that don't hold and just like the sound of their own voice over and over....no doubt many of these have been belted on other stocks and it makes them feel better to post on a thread where they don't hold but those that do are hurting.

Anyway, time will tell....but for me no news is good news as the news I want to review is the Strategic Plan Forward, and that doesn't happen overnight.

In relation to whether the ASX should allow this extended suspension, probably not....but I am glad they have as no good would come from an early restatement to the list IMO.
