    re: we are a touchy lot this morning Yes nerves are on edge-it wasn't good waiting a half hour for that announcement-but you're being very optimistic if you're thinking it doesn't mean at least a 10mil placement as I would have thought it would be much too early for any financier to sign up debt financing for China as it really hasn't been proven as yet and neither has Vermilion! Interesting stuff!
