    Dude, here is another example of mis-information.

    '..'the debt did not blow out from 700m to 1.7b

    it's just the stella debt was held off balance sheet at the time as it was classified as liabilities held for sale...'

    It is still debt irrespective whether it is on or off balance sheet.

    What worse is that MFS managed to hide the debt off balance sheet. How much more debt is off balance?
