Hi Don C,
Filmat ?? I think you may mean "Fimat" !! :)
Had a quick "Google" and ascertained that they have been incorporated into the "Newedge" Group, along with several other Brokerage Co's.

Newedge Client Information
Newedge Group was formed as a result of a joint venture agreement between Calyon and Société Générale on 2 January 2008 combining their respective global brokerage firms, the Calyon Financial Group and the Fimat Group. Newedge has received all necessary regulatory approvals.
Newedge Group
The joint venture holding company is called Newedge Group, a Société Anonyme governed by French law. Newedge Group is now the direct or indirect owner of all of the remaining Calyon Financial and Fimat group entities organized in various jurisdictions around the world. All of these entities have been renamed with “Newedge” in their corporate names, and a complete list can be found below. Société Générale and Calyon each own 50% of Newedge Group. Both Calyon and Société Générale currently have an AA long-term credit rating (Fitch).
Newedge Group is not a new legal entity but is the result of the absorption of Calyon Financial SNC and Fimat SNC into Fimat International Banque SA. Newedge Group will be lead regulated in France as a bank by CECEI (Banque de France) and regulated by the Commission Bancaire and the Autorité des Marchés Financiers for the conduct of investment services, and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for the conduct of business in the UK.
Customer Agreement and Trading Accounts
For clients of either Fimat or Calyon Financial, no action is required regarding your Customer Agreement, or your trading account(s), including your securities, futures and options contracts positions and your margin on deposit with us. They will be still be held by the previous Fimat or Calyon Financial entity under its respective Newedge name. This is also the case for any related Agreements, for example, your electronic order routing agreement (ORS) or online client account information agreement.

Complete information regarding your agreements has been forwarded to you. If you have additional questions, please contact your account executive or client services representative.

Cheers,
