I'm not arguing that people who want to imposed their beliefs on society through violence should be allowed to immigrate to the USA.
What I am saying is that I could pledge to uphold most of the American constitution but not all of it. I do not endorse the right to bear arms as is currently the case, on the grounds that there is no grounds for citizens to own high powered assault rifles.
