Call it what you want but an "intent to enter" into an agreement is not a binding Agreement.

Groups can walk away from a MOU or a HOA without penalty in both countries as I understand it.

The big question here is who from the company is entrusted in checking the Indian probity and conditions before hitting send on ASX announcements ? they either need further governance/ training or should be politely thanked for their service

Call it what is from the start then there will be no confusion/ disappointment- pretty simple...

For the record I didn't sell yesterday, but I really hope that management click into gear one of these days because the tech is pretty cool....
