It has to do with their relative sizes. Zip is much smaller than ATP. It has a larger supply of cash to sign up and integrate businesses and thus are doing these deals more often. It’s just easier not to announce them, plus they make up a smaller portion percentage wise of APTs base, so there is no point in announcing them.
