The bubble will most certainly burst,and will affect Capital Cities and beyond. I can remember in detail Sydneys Eastern Suburbs Falling by 50% and more in the early nineties and know of a guy that paid millions for a harbourside mansion only to resell it in less than twelve months for a loss of $8 Million
