Yes I agree. The RBA should put a sock in its mouth alright! By now they should realise every time someone mentions "interest rates" the shorters come out on mass like hungry rats out of the sewer and our market cops a flogging. It has no effect on consumer spending. The solution is to sack state governments for having an invested interest in higher house prices.
