If it was good news I can't see why it couldn't have been released by now. Even the basics with more detail to follow.
If it's bad news then I can totally understand the delay. There is no way they can reopen trading with bad news without having an arrangement in place with Magna. They have a note with a face value of $4 million and if the SP collapses on bad news the dilution from that note would be gigantic. 150 million + shares issued to cover it IMO. The SP would vortex with that sort of exploding con note.
They will need to have a refinancing package in place prior to opening and I would think this is what they are frantically working on.
