Good post macrae but you always seem to think we are emotional about the QTK situation.
We are not. If anything, I would say 95% of the posters on the QTK thread find the whole situation humerous with all the attempts QTK management make to try convince the market they are worthy of being invested in.
You are correct on the contract and contract law side of things with QTK and china....it was a joke to begin with and ASIX / ASX can do nothing.
Its buyer beware.
However....i do believe we not only have the right but most of us enjoy discussing Quiktrak on the QTK thread.
So save the concerns for us.....we are simply enjoying ourselves.
