Regardless of how analytical and well intentioned the warning is, from what I have seen, it will open the poster up to all sorts of accusations and name calling from holders who are only keen for positive spin on the stock - especially if it is one of hot stocks of the moment. If correctly disclosed as being a non-holder with a Sell or None sentiment, the poster's bona findes will even be questioned as to what they are even doing commenting on stock which they don't hold.

I think it is more the case that this list of 4 to 5 companies in a similar situation is make believe. Otherwise as a FJW (financial justice warrior, [note: I have just coined this term]) he'd be there now espousing the troubled inner workings of those enterprises.
