I need some advice here please.I was bankrupted in 2004 by Toll Transport and the ANZ Bank and was unable to fight them at the time due to being Hospitalized 5 operations I just had to let them Bankrupt me,Anyway Credit Corp bought the credit card debts whilst I was a Bankrupt and re listed me on Veda Advantage for the full amount of the credit card debts. When I wrote to them and pointed out their mistake they ignored my letter so I followed up with a polite phone call and was told they would sort it out.Then they re listed me as applying for credit for an unspecified amount the next day after I spoke to them. I have lodged a complaint with I.T.S.A and the Privacy commissioner but so far have not had it resolved. Veda Advantage failed to list me as a bankrupt even though they were informed by I.T.S.A I think their share price plunge is due to their dirty business practices. Thornfire
