Puzzling. I am only pointing out what is written in there.
But a correction, the minimum is $30m not $37m for the deal to go through. The $37m used throughout the prospectus assumes full subscription are for illustrations only (eg any ineligible overseas holders are not excluded). From your calculations, it looks like he has to, but why the contradiction?
