Now obviously some key questions and risks remain regarding ARH: Shougang Investment decision. Whether Clive Palmer favours Citic and/orMinerology at expense of ARH. Capacity of Port to cope with level of production. FIRB approval. Employee numbers etc etc. But if anyone has any doubts about Cape Preston and magneite itself, put them to rest. An awful lot of magnetite is going to be mined and shipped out of Cape Preston by someone, starting with Citic. Th question for ARH is if/when they get a seat at the table and how large is their slice of the pie.
