Its sometimes the small thing that make you wonder.
Did anyone else pick up that this announcement was signed off:
"Walter D. Richards, CEO & Company Secretary"
It was only on 8 December that HAV made an announcement about the appointment of Claire Redman as company secretary where Walter Richards said “In her time at Havilah, Ms Redman has very quickly made a significant positive contribution in many critical areas of the business, becoming a key member of the leadership team. "
Ms Redman's linkedin account gives the impression that she is still at HAV and is liking HAV posts.
It really makes me wonder about this management.
I'm truly hoping that this announcement is the first really good thing that management have done in a long time. I wish I had faith instead of just hope.
