A release to market of a statement detailing why the results are delayed by so much would go a long way towards an increase in investor confidence. It's not like we are asking too much, surely they are jumping up and down about the lab results themselves.
There is no benefit in them delaying results if they are bad, unless directors are trying to offload shares in a controlled manner. If this was the case and it was investigated and found to be true, they would be prosecuted, so i can't see it happening.
