if you exclude the 3 large chinese holders votes, I am pretty sure the votes against would have won out easily. The board (whom the chinese holders nominated) should take notice of this number in my opinion.
I think it is a disgrace that we have a CEO that can not even speak English and needs an interpreter and a Chairwoman that speaks some broken english.
No wonder the company doesn't get any broker promotion, no one can understand the message.
