I can imagine that video being the centre piece of the investigation into many disclosure issues around the takeover. HC may even be able to contribute to the evidence given the extraordinary lengths that AVB went to in an attempt to shut down legitimate discussion that mostly wasn't in breech of any rules. The lawyers might be starting to sniff around here and as an AVB BOD or employee you would want to be on the right side of this.
