This question was asked at the Perth meeting. Will our arbitrator look after our interests ?
Caths exact words in response I cannot recall so please make allowances for that, but in essence her message was that each arbitrators was independent they would make up their own mind immune from being swayed by outside influences no bias to one side or the other.
Also the arbitration deliberations had nothing to do with Oil and Gas it was purely restricted to the business of was FAR allowed to consider PE or not.
