Why would they need $5mill when they are continually increasing revenues and their last quarter was net loss of $678K. Their 1st quarter revenues were around $260K, 2nd quarter around $852K. Another increase like that in the third quarter and they are basically cash poaitive.
I agree a small placement might be required to make ends meet but this talk of $5mill placement is ludicrous.
