i usually hate this too. but at the moment anybody buying and supporting the sp is welcome. it could also be good news b/c these traders feel that the sp has bottomed out. plus the the large dumps of shares which i presume were tax selling will be over soon. the ato doesn't like seeing sell offs close to the june 30 deadline.

what we really need is a positive ann. been a while since we have had an announcement that wasn't a board appointment or quarterly.
