I think you will find companies with a bit of debt tend to be more muted in their share price performance. OGC could pay off it's debt next year if it wanted to. Interest rate on the debt is 2-3% and they have low AISC, so I think it's not a problem and preferable to more shares on issue. This is covered in the interview below with the CEO.
