You reckon this is a lesson for the big end of town or just a business expense for aggression? Where are the criminality charges? The largest bank can weather this type of fines and get on with the same business with much more caution but if you start criminally charging the employees, you will make management think before they try such tactic in the future. Read NAB fiasco in the past.....Funny they were the least of the big 4 + AMP offenders all round.
