CBA results just released...
only 8% EPS profit growth over the same period last year (31/12/06) and 4% EPS growth over the last half (30/6/07)...
below expectation...
if ANZ return 8% growth, then dividend will be $1.46,,,
woops! I made a mistake...
at 8% dividend growth, 8.5% dividend return is $24.70 share price...
ANZ paid $1.36 last year x 1.08 divided by 7 x 10 divided by 8.5% = $24.68...
however I would say $24.68 is fair value...
