I believe WP is a great CEO and definitely has helped the company but I think he lacks the following:​

1. Commitment as a SH, with his earnings/belief on the company I would have expected him to buy some on the market. That would makes him one of us and he can understand our pain better.

2. Live within means: most LT SHs have been suffering with endless cap rise but still he is happy to break the promises. I consider a great CEO is one who not only knows how to optimise the potential of the company but also know how to live within his means.

3. Make big statement in unofficial channels. I understand his intentions on bluebird post but they sometimes sounds like RAMP which coming from the CEO may harm the company more than help.

4. He seems to lack convictions with big fundies or hasn’t manage to attract them via presentation etc. In other words he has a vision for profitability but how come couldn’t attract/sell these to big/ reliabile investors.

5. If all the post on HC stating as reply from WP are real,he is spending too much time entertaining small retail investors, which is good but i expect it comes with a price..
