It is one thing to get onto a thread and pick up some negatives to post, but it is a completely different thing to actually understand the company's objectives.
Why would it concern the shareholders that the directors did not take up an even bigger stake in the company than they already have? How many shares do they hold @dcob and what is their percentage?
If "Cheiftain" (sic) Securities were not paid their fees then some other firm would have been paid.....wait for it.....the same amount. Big deal. At least Chieftain looks after SAS.
"If they can't make this work, the average market cap of shells is around $5 million or in this case, 3 tenths of a cent yet your esteemed directors have absolutely no risk."
I assume you are posting this very same sentiment to every other R&D stock listed on the ASX. And if not, why not?
