One day closer. People positioning them selves without pushing the 2 cent SP (Resistance level perhaps).
2 cents is a "bit each way bet" so investors are quietly confident of a positive outcome IMHO.
If the announcement indicates that POH has a case and that the arbitrator is getting a bit impatient that the two parties have not been able to come to an agreement yet, then I think the SP will certainly rise - as will interest and volume in POH. Even a reasonable result in the settlement (we all speculated that 50-60mil seems a fair outcome, then I think we could see an SP closer to 6 or 7 cents so any update will be welcomed by POH shareholders and the market in general. If the update is Friday then so be it - not that far away anymore.
