Not at all mate. If you look back through the history on HC you can see that I have been a a holder and non-holder a number of times over the last many years. I have made it clear that I will not buy until they get permits at which time I expect the price will spike to the high teens and then collapse with a deluge of sellers. That’s when I will buy. I am not a down ramper or up ramper for that matter.
The upside of PSA will see the price go ballistic, page-19
