The main problem, as I see it, is their net assets.
What's the worst kind of debt in the world? Subprime. This debt is worthless, valued at nothing.
Not saying CCP has subprime but they have not been able to collect much of the debt they have purchased. What's the value of their bad debt really?
Their net assets could be as low as $20m or less. This stock could very well be overvalued here.
