One 'could' assume if VRC's ML is one of the 7000 approved and in a zonal or regional office then Regs compliance has been met and approved...or it reason for the Co to '...contact the Commission as soon as possible..' as stated by Prof Kikula in The Citizen' last week.....my thoughts are that VRC maybe 'chatting' to the Commission as we speak...but we will probably have to 'learn' that from a poster since Co has 'gone-to-ground' on this for far too long now imo
